HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Feb. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Seminole Hard Rock is teaming up with The Producer Mezcal LLC, the premium hand-crafted artisanal mezcal brand from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, to meet growing guest demand for signature mezcal cocktails at Hard Rock Hotel New York, six Seminole Hard Rock and Seminole Casinos in Florida, and four all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico.

Bottles of Producer Mezcal will join other high-end brands and several new signature cocktails made with Producer Mezcal offered at the 11 Hard Rock and Seminole Casino destinations beginning Saturday, March 1, 2025. Producer Mezcal is created using artisanal production methods, such as cooking the agave hearts, or pinas, in earthen ovens over rocks and local wood, then crushing the pinas with stone wheels to extract the newly transformed sugars.

The new signature mezcal cocktails will appeal to both mezcal aficionados and those new to mezcal. Guests will experience the approachable, yet complex and super smooth profiles of Producer Mezcal in vibrant, refreshing cocktails crafted to enhance every sip.
